The Crawling King is a fully-illustrated Dark Fantasy novel by award-winning artist Einar Baldvin, published by Starburns Industries, the studio behind Rick and Morty and Anomalisa. The project was a big  hit on Kickstarter in 2017 and was published in 2018, being distributed in stores around the world shortly after. It has since become hard to acquire - until now. We are offering what remains of our original supply here on this site.

The Crawling King consists of several short stories, a collection of letters, and an abundance of horrific images, each pertaining to the doom that came to the once resplendent kingdom of Gyldenbrae.  Years in the making, every page of The Crawling King was meticulously crafted using pen, ink, watercolors, coffee and fire. The book is a massive 13x10x2.5 inch tome, bound in dark cloth and weighing just enough to defeat one's enemies with a swift blow to the head (enemies with a particularly thick skull may require two tomes to the head).
